We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of ÂŁ300.
No climbing the side hill, and please be kind to our neighbours.
Windows should be closed when not in use to prevent water damage.
Quiet hours after 10pm to respect the neighbours.
Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the space clean.
There will be some complimentary tea and instant coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby. Please make sure to bring your own if you run out during your stay.
