The Princess Hotel – St Pancras is a truly unique hotel with exceptionally kind, compassionate, and helpful staff. From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, informative, and always ready to assist, which made our stay feel very comfortable. What I especially loved about this hotel was the location. It’s within easy walking distance to St Pancras train station, taxi stands, plenty of food options, and even a friendly, inexpensive marketplace. This convenience made getting around London so much easier. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, budget-conscious travelers, and anyone planning to use public transportation. The combination of great service and excellent location makes it a wonderful choice for a stay in London.

Excellent location

Ideal hotel, literally 2 mins walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras. Very welcoming reception staff, and cases stored before check in and placed in our room. Room was clean with small sink and tea/ coffee making facilities. We were only able to get a room with shared bathroom but this was no issue at all

The area was very walkable, Kings Cross and St. Pancras station were a five minute walk away. My room, and the shared bathroom, were clean. I had towels available, kettle and a hair dryer too. The little details were not missed.

Great stay

Our stay here was very pleasant. The room was small but comfortable and had what we needed - the sink in the room was great to have. The room and shared bathrooms were really clean and the bathrooms were very quiet so we had no issue with using them when we needed. The staff member who checked us in was nice and efficient. We were able to leave our keys in the room after checking out which was nice. The location was great - right by the Kings cross and felt pretty safe. The only downside was that the twin beds felt very small. Overall our stay was pleasant for a very reasonable price.
