Needs some TLC
My room was OK aside from the stain on the walls - the bathroom was minuscule and the TV remote was nowhere to be seen and then most of the channels disappeared one evening. Don't be confused by a tidy reception and nice mezzanine floor. Beyond is a rabbit warren of patched carpets and there is a lift that exists but there is a sign up apologising it is Out of Order. It's been down for a while.
It is such a shame = the location is ideal, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very good - as are the staff. I stayed on a deal that was exceptional value but I just wish that the owners of these "budget" hotels would consider that investing in a little TLC would bring rewards.
