Welcome to my comfortable and spacious (70 sq m) two-bed flat in popular Hackney (Stoke Newington/Stamford Hill).

The space: living room and separate well-equipped dining-kitchen w table that seats four, washing/drying machine. Two well propotioned bedrooms with double beds (one is a sofa bed). One bedroom has a workspace. The bathroom has a bath and shower. Towels and soap for guest use.

The flat was built in the 1930s and has original wooden floors and other features. It is comfortable and bright with high-quality furnishings.

Location: Great transport: Buses on the doorstep. Stoke Newington (Overground) in 5 mins. Seven Sisters (Victoria line) is 10 mins by bus. The Stamford Hill Estate is a bustling sizeable community housing project built in the 1930s. You have the entire flat to yourselves. There is plenty of space/ clothes hangers etc. for your storage. I stay here when I don't have guests so my belongings are tucked away.
