Accessible by bus, a taxi, and a train. The night we came to the hotel before 11 pm, the room was not ready. I booked for suite room for 4 people. When they gave us the room, it is only 2 single beds, they expected us to sleep on those beds with 4 people. I called the front desk and was offered an extra bed. I said no, I booked this room over a month ago and I called them also that morning to confirm that we are coming late. I was so annoyed. The manager came to our room and apologized and took us to a different room. A queen-size bed and a sofa bed. I was told they are fully booked. I said it's not my problem because I booked this room a long time ago. They offered us a voucher at the bar and a refund for breakfast. Yeah, big deal. After the fact that all the aggravation that night was not fun. The kids were hungry, the only thing they could offer was water and told us to order via Uber Eats because it was midnight already and there’s no store were open. All I asked, respect the guess and treat them like your family.

The location was great! The hotel room wasn't modern, and I didn't feel it was the cleanest, but we made the best of it. No mini fridge in room, but there was a coffee machine for those guests that drink it. We stayed during some very hot weather, so the AC in the room was nice. Overall, it was an OK stay, especially for the price.

I’m a Chelsea fan so I loved the hotel but I didn’t get the benefit of being a VIP as I just got the room and board I paid for.

Stamford Bridge Disappointment

Unfortunately Stamford Bridge did not meet expectation, I was firstly told by receptionist I had been upgraded, total lie, I was placed in another building, not told where my room was, my room as clean as it appeared was near a rail line with trains chuggering past all through the night hampering sleep, room 1210. Shower water pressure was poor, body wash was fixed to the wall not in the shower area. And worst of all a main light switch was on the wall where a headboard should be and where pillows are placed, therefore at 3am a slight movement by me switched all the lights on waking me up once again. I will unfortunately avoid this place in the future

Fantastic location, lovely staff and hotel

Loved staying at this hotel for two night. Location was easy walk from the Tube, lots of places locally to eat out and also the breakfast at the hotel was great value and fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel.

The first room I was given was awful - noisy because it was right next to the tube line. It was too hot and the aircon was not good enough to deal with the heat - a British problem! I asked to be moved and the lady on reception was incredibly helpful and moved me to a much better room, overlooking the entrance. The aircon struggled still but it was a much nicer room. The whole hotel is very tired, the sink in my bathroom was cracked and the bed not very comfortable. I understand the uncertainty over a ground change or development means the hotel isn't going to do a major refit, as it may be pointless, but it is a reasonable place to stay in London for a night or two.

Dirty cups

We thought it was closer to where we wanted to be but unfortunately it was much further away than we had planned. The room was lovely with the aircon as it was such hot weather. When we went to use the cups the saucer was so covered in food!! In the morning our do not disturb notice had been taken off our door, but must have been put on later as our room hadn’t been made up when we returned and the sign had been replaced. So our towels were wet etc.

Great Place to Stay!

It was a great experience. The location worked very well for us with easy, walkable access to the nearest tube, Fulham Broadway. Our room was kept clean though the used glasses were not always replaced, breakfast was good and staff friendly. Have already recommended a stay for my mom.

Room was comfortable and staff were polite. It would have been helpful to have a socket near the bed for plugging in phones. Breakfast was good if you liked a cooked breakfast (which as very good) but otherwise was disappointing for one of us who did not want a cooked breakfast. Cheap bread, cheap cereal, no yoghurt, stale pastries...
