Spread across three thoughtfully arranged levels, this spacious home is ideal for solo travellers, couples, or groups of friends looking to explore the capital from a refined and well-connected address. With vibrant, eclectic interiors and beautifully curated furnishings, the house is both inviting and distinctive.
Sleeping up to six guests, the property features three double bedrooms, two of which include sofa beds to offer flexible sleeping arrangements. There are two well-appointed bathrooms â one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub â and the master bedroom benefits from its own private balcony, offering a secluded spot for a quiet moment or morning coffee.
The generous living space includes a large, comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. A highlight of the house is its charming conservatory, bathed in natural light and ideal for reading, socialising, or simply enjoying the ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a coffee machine and dishwasher, ideal for preparing meals at home. A stylish dining area adjacent to the kitchen seats up to eight, making it the perfect place for dinners or drinks with friends. On the ground floor, youâll also find a private patio â a peaceful outdoor nook perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine or starting your day in the fresh air.
