Run! Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else. Thereâs so many issues. No front desk or hotel staff to check in. You have to try to find a phone number on their website (which might be to one of their other properties) to tell them youâre at the locked front door. Then you wait on the street with your luggage hoping someone comes and opens the door. Or, if youâre lucky they will answer the phone and tell you to send them a message on WhatsApp to get a code to open the front door and your room.
When you get to your room, you might think itâs âokâ, but donât forget to look for a bathroom. You might not have one. If you do, it will be the smallest one ever. And cross your fingers for hot water, or running water. We had no hot water since we checked in. 2 days later, we had no running water. No showers, not running water in the sink, and no water to flush the toilets. Thatâs right, no working toilet.
There is no front desk to call. The number they told you to message them on WhatsApp, they donât reply to. Also didnât reply to messages sent through hotels.com. They wonât answer the phone when you call or when your booking service attempts to call them.
Eventually, someone at one of the properties might answer one of the numbers you called, and inform you that there isnât a manager around for hours and that someone will get back to you.
