Everything was lovely but our room left very claustrophobic, and closed in. Because our room was small and the air conditioning was set at 22 degrees, it made the room really hot and and not windows to be opened. luckily it was only for one night!

Experience with staff and processes was poor, from check- in to check out. Was given a disability accessible room, and not informed or asked about it- only found out when I walked into room. Told I could only ask for a late check out the next morning. Randomly being woken up at 9am by cleaning staff, claiming a request was made. Even up to now a £50 hold from my card was made, and has still not been released 10 days later. When I asked for a receipt, was told I could not get one since it was a hotels.com booking.si hotebooking.

Room was decent, location within a short walk to the lodon Tower Bridge, lots of little stores close so amazing location. Gym is really good, has the things I like free weights and a pull up bar, really good service at the front desk

The staff were exceptional. Tamang checked us in and out. He was so helpful assisting with my husband who is on crutches and considerate with the anniversary treats sent to our room. Breakfast had a good choice and was being frequently replenished. The room was very very quiet and we both slept well.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was amazing. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Tower Bridge and lots of great spots in the area. What really made our stay special was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and helpful with our group. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!
