The staff deserves the 5 star rating the most. Always friendly and ready to accommodate the guests. The room was very clean and breakfast was wonderful. The location of the property is ideal for tourism, transportation and shopping. We will definitely stay there again.

Great downtown location. Lots of options for dining in the area. Excellent breakfast offering. Staff very helpful and courteous. Nice to have mini bar offerings included. Would have liked some tea available in the room given it is the UK but only coffee and a machine was provided.

I got robbed in the hotel ,thief is went to my room and carry the safe box which is fixed in the cupboard and one bag . The staff in front desk and security didn’t show any cooperation until the police come..horrible experience
