Beautiful suite with views of the Tower Bridge, and Saint Catherine Docks. Tower Bridges steps from the hotel along with shopping Tower of London is only about 200 feet away. Area outside the hotel can get crowded during the daytime. Restaurants in the immediate area are not that good so I suggest going to neighboring Whitechapel. I was strongly suggest taking Uber boats around town as it is a lot cheaper than taxis or an Uber car.

The hotel was nice and was in a great area. Very close to many toursit attractions and very easy to get around. The one complaint is that the air conditioning was not working properly which was especially problematic given the fact that we were there when the temperture was routinely exceeding 80 degrees F / 27 degrees C with +75% humidity. The hotel provided fans but their effectiveness was limited at best.

The hotel is nice. The location is fantastic! Conveniently located. The staff was very nice. The only complaint that we have is that the air conditioning was not working properly and we were there during a particularly warm (88 degrees F/31 degrees C), 74% humidity, time of year (August 12-16, 2025). The hotel provided fans but that had limited effect.

The view was worth it alone, but we had a mishap where they checked us into our room and then checked in two more couples into the same room, we had to call the reception and have ti cleared out, apparently they put us into a different room but our key still unlocked this room, weird.

Great stay, staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very hot and I don’t believe the air conditioning was working but the hotel provided us with a fan that helped cool the room down. Overall, great experience, would stay there again!

The Tower Hotel is immediately adjacent to the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. It is a beautiful setting along the Thames and the hotel offered outside seating for food and drinks. Music was playing outside until about 10 pm to add to the atmosphere, but it aired down after that. We found several excellent restaurants directly behind the hotel in the St. Katharine's Docks area. The concierge staff was very helpful in booking excursions.

Bed bugs

Got badly bitten by bed bugs while staying one night in room 263. Called the hotel to report it and I was asked to email them. I sent an email with all of the information and nobody has taken the time to respond or follow up my complaint.

The best location in London. The Tower Bridge and Underground Train at your doorstop and you are able to walk along The Thames to all points of interests. However the hotel had no air-conditioning, no fridge and housecleaning is adhoc - so for the price that was very average and disappointing. However the location makes up for lack of hotel service and amenitie.
