Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Beautiful suite with views of the Tower Bridge, and Saint Catherine Docks. Tower Bridges steps from the hotel along with shopping Tower of London is only about 200 feet away. Area outside the hotel can get crowded during the daytime. Restaurants in the immediate area are not that good so I suggest going to neighboring Whitechapel. I was strongly suggest taking Uber boats around town as it is a lot cheaper than taxis or an Uber car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Tower Hotel. I personally love the Tower Bridge and we got a room with a perfect view of the bridge. It was glorious during the day and spectacular at night. The room was small and the bed a “Double” which was a bit tight for the wife and I. But it was comfy and the room very clean. Flushing the toilet was an adventure as you had to pump the handle a few times to get a good flow of water. I have never written about that before but it was worth mentioning. Overall a very positive stay and if we ever come back, we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had originally been provided with a room that partially faced a brick wall. There was also a plugged sink issue. The previous time I had stayed, I had a lovely room facing the Tower, after receiving an upgrade. In this instance, I was not given the opportunity to upgrade, nor was I asked. Since I was really disappointed, I inquired with reception, and was able to secure a much appreciated upgrade. Thank you Bilal! The rest of my stay was seamless. However door slamming that starts early on is relentless, and extremely loud. I would urge the hotel to find a way to soften the door slamming noise by installing something that would slow the door down before it can slam so loudly. See you next trip.

Great Location , but feel service has gone down in the many many years we have stayed at the Tower Hotel. We booked a "Bridge" view & when we checked we were told that there was a maintenance problem & moved us to a supposed upgraded room (which it was not). The TV was not working properly ( had text in German-which we couldn't change & no sound on BBC1) .Maintenance man came but was clearly up to his eye's and resented having to try & help us. Such a shame as we were celebrating our wedding Anniversary - & we had spent our wedding night in the hotel 45 years to the day in 1980. Think this is the last time we will ever stay at the Hotel .

Only a one night stay . Staff around the building were welcoming. The room was well maintained with an incredible view of Tower Bridge. The bed was super comfy and breakfast in the morning was worth the money.

The room is so outdated and old. It maintains the basic tidiness but overall it’s still disappointing. The warming rack for towels was broken and so is the fixture of the shampoo bottle in the bathroom. The view of the tower bridge is super nice but the window is dirty which affects the view.

Great location - bit dated though

Location superb. Easy to get to and great fir sightseeing Hotel is looking and feeling a bit dated. Luckily we spent each day sightseeing and so came back just to crash out.
