Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Great hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. The views from the room were truly exceptional and greatly enhanced our experience. Upon arrival, we noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned to the expected standard, however, this issue was addressed promptly once reported. Additionally, while air conditioning was advertised, it was not available, though a fan was provided upon request. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the attentive service and stunning surroundings.

Room was very cold when we complained the offer was a portable heating and blanket. Thermostat in the room was not working to our expectation. The room temperature was controlled centrally. Worktop in room was sticky! Bed sheet was not tucked in so during the night kept moving. Heated towel rail did not seem to work. All in all sloppy not worth the money paid.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic - right by London Bridge with beautiful surroundings. The lobby area, small shop, and the adjoining restaurant are all lovely and well-maintained. However, the rooms themselves could really use an update. The carpets are worn, and the soundproofing is very poor - I could hear every noise from the room above and even the plumbing, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it doesn’t quite live up to a 4-star standard, though the location and common areas are definite highlights. If they updated the rooms and sound proofed the rooms this could be a really lovely hotel.

The location was wonderful. The hotel was so clean and they even helped me celebrate my birthday with a piece of chocolate cake, and a bottle of wine. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel A+.
