Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

We had to change rooms after checking in because what i initially thought was the smell of smoke in the room (the entire floor smelled like smoke), it was actually a musty smell because it seemed the shower was leaking and a corner of the floor in the room was soaked. Thankfully when I told them about it, they moved us to a much better room no problem. The view in both was outstanding, but we definitely paid for that.

Fantastic location in the heart of London. Spend the extra and get the riverside view, absolutely worth it especially if your first time visiting. Parking is a bit pricey but other options are very limited in the area so it is what it is. Only tiny negative is there always seemed to be a strong smell of cooked fish in the lobby area, not sure why but it always seemed to be there.

Perfect location however the hotel room needs a lot of maintenance . The housekeeping are not paying attention to details , shampoo and conditioner has been empty since check in and they don’t check as it stayed empty til the 2nd day of my stay. Also , they’ve double charged me - the receptionist did apologise and refunded me in the end but it’s worth checking.

Mouse in the bedroom

At 2130 hors there was a mouse running around my room which i photographed. I complained & was moved to another room. I asked that the room fee be waived but the hotel refused and said if i refused to pay i must leave. In fact i had already paid but their customer care was non existent.

It is a great location, right across the Tower of London. It is about 10 minutes walk from a tube so the transportation is good. the breakfast is on a high end of the cost but kid can eat free. So, it balanced out
