Room was nice. The view of the Tower Bridge and Tower of London was really nice. My husband liked the Nespresso machine. Wished it had a quest refrigerator. We ate at the restaurant it was nice had a great patio right next to the Thames.

Location is perfect! But the biggest issue for us was the shower set up. The showerhead had no hot water. And the handheld did but not the most convenient when trying to shower. Also no outlets on the side of the bed. O my across the room

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A bit difficult to get to with rolling luggage if you’re walking as the hotel is located at the bottom of some stairs. The surrounding area is lively though and you can get a great view of the Tower of London and the bridge. Room service was convenient and you can find tea kettle in the desk drawer

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love the outside views, the outside area, the inside bars. The area has a magnificent harbour area with bars, cafes and restaurants round it. The only downfall are the rooms which are very dated especially the bathroom but at least there's a bath, yeah.
