Location was great, friendly staff, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, but the room was really run down. The old stained carpet, the endless markings on the wall, nothing in the room not even tea or coffee…and for the price…way to expensive for what was provided.

I had a wonderful stay at the Tower of London Hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the Tower Bridge and the views are incredible. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special. Great food, great service, and an unbeatable setting. Highly recommended!

Our 2 standard rooms were really dated and in desperate need of an update. Old, worn furniture. Rusted bathroom fixtures. Worn carpet. This is an average hotel for those out touring about and not spending time in the room.
