Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Great location for sightseeing in London, also a fantastic view from the hotel of Tower Bridge and The Tower of London. Rooms were a good size and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and functional though in need of an update - this was more cosmetic than anything else. The bar in the hotel was great too. Would definitely return to this hotel if we were staying in London again.
