Location was great. Bathroom shower did not drain properly even after putting in two repair requests. Mold throughout shower tiles. Beds were very comfortable. Something was wrong with the internet connection for the television. It kept buffering and resetting. There were NO USB charging ports in the room. Concierge and staff were exceptional.

Our party of 6 were booked in for the night before due to a 6am arrival from a flight from South Africa for a conference starting that morning. Four of the rooms had been given away despite confirmation of the morning arrival. Staff were clueless and had to be reprimanded to take action. Some had to wait until 12pm despite paying for the previous nights accommodation and others were late for the conference

The room was perfectly fine for our needs was clean and roomy as we really only used it as a place to sleep and shower during our stay. The option to get a credit for food if you don't use the room cleaning service was a nice extra to help offset morning coffee and pastries. The staff were all very helpful. Would look to stay again on our next visit to London.
