Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Beautiful suite with views of the Tower Bridge, and Saint Catherine Docks. Tower Bridges steps from the hotel along with shopping Tower of London is only about 200 feet away. Area outside the hotel can get crowded during the daytime. Restaurants in the immediate area are not that good so I suggest going to neighboring Whitechapel. I was strongly suggest taking Uber boats around town as it is a lot cheaper than taxis or an Uber car.

This hotel is, no doubt, a destination for its views of the Tower Bridge. They are spectacular. It is also next door to the Docks, which are lovely and offer several terrific restaurants and sights. However, the room itself is dated, lacks good ventilation/air, and housekeeping was a bit slack. No washcloths in bathroom. Limited towels. Stuffy. Older model coffeemaker, etc. But, really, how long do we stay in the room anyway; book this hotel for its views and proximity to the river walk, Tower Hotel, and Tower of London.

Staff are excellent, location is brilliant, view is spectacular (room with bridge view), bedroom is clean with a very comfy bed, and the double glazing is incredible! On the down side, the bathroom is very dated and in need of renovation. I expected better for the price paid.

Prooerty has majestic views of Tower Bridge and very convenient for Tourists for all exploring. The only thing mybreview is below that AC did not work and they knew it. I couldnt sleep and woek up at midnight so they provided fan. They could be proactive in providing the fan.

So close to the London Bridge & Tower of London, lots of lovely little restaurants behind the hotel overlooking a couple of marinas. A Tesco quick convenience store just around the corner from hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and lovely; concierge crew and breakfast group and cleaning staff. It was unfortunate our room did not have a refrigerator in it.
