Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Wonderful staff. Comfortable atmosphere, not too posh, but very nice. Just right. The view was fantastic and the setting at The Tower was exciting and awe inspiring. There were small maintenance issues but for the price paid, they were not a problem. Room was very quiet, easy to sleep. There is a small Tesco around the corner and several restaurants just nearby. The nearest Tube station was too far for us to walk. We used Uber a lot to get around the South Bank. I wouldn't have stayed here on a first trip to London but we planned carefully and it was perfect for us. I recommend highly.

Room was not clean, mold in the bathroom. We asked for cleaning service for our room and they did not replace pillow cases, sheets, or cleaned the bathroom. It took over an hour and a half to check in. Food was delicious.
