Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Beautiful suite with views of the Tower Bridge, and Saint Catherine Docks. Tower Bridges steps from the hotel along with shopping Tower of London is only about 200 feet away. Area outside the hotel can get crowded during the daytime. Restaurants in the immediate area are not that good so I suggest going to neighboring Whitechapel. I was strongly suggest taking Uber boats around town as it is a lot cheaper than taxis or an Uber car.

The hotel itself was pretty disgusting. There was mold in almost every crevices of the shower , the hotel hall ways smelled like armpit, the room was so small. The pictures are way too nice for what the hotel is. The area itself was beautiful. It did smell like sewage in some spots outside the hotel as well.

We loved our stay at Tower hotel! We had comfortable rooms for our family of 5 (three teenage boys). Some parts of the hotel are dated but we thought it was tasteful and added to the character of the hotel. The breakfast was wondering and we had wonderful interactions with all the staff. The location is unbeatable. Both rooms faced the harbour and it was so lovely. The rooms were a comfortable temperature! The wifi was also strong and reliable. It was lovely to step outside and see the best view of the beautiful Tower Bridge. Truly wonderful stay!
