Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Lovely hotel stayed for work as near office - fab view in bar of tower bridge and had room overlooking the dock - bathroom bit old and grubby looking with horrid shower curtain - cheap shower gel which are the minus points for cost of stay over £300 pn - rooms should be upgraded I think 🤔

Great hotel in brilliant London loaction

Great location, easy online check in, staff around to help with the electronic part! Room is good sized twin, comfy beds, basic in room amenities but very well equipped hotel. Perfect for our needs - easy journey out to O2. Would recommend

Experienced a hick up in the first day and on second day it was rectified by RAJ the manager - he restored my faith in customer service and went Anove and beyond - would recommend your hotel always if anyone needed a comfortable hotel in a premier location. Restaurant was very good, food delicious and prices very reasonable.

We stayed in our executive room without notifying us that there will be no AC. The only time we found that out was on our last day. Also the rooms are outdated. I wouldn’t stay here if not for the location.
