Very friendly and helpful staff. They will out their way to help you out with any questions or concerns. Room super clean and little old date it but I guess is what they make them unique. The view is amazing and the restaurant in the lobby were great.

Beautiful suite with views of the Tower Bridge, and Saint Catherine Docks. Tower Bridges steps from the hotel along with shopping Tower of London is only about 200 feet away. Area outside the hotel can get crowded during the daytime. Restaurants in the immediate area are not that good so I suggest going to neighboring Whitechapel. I was strongly suggest taking Uber boats around town as it is a lot cheaper than taxis or an Uber car.

Great location

Lovely hotel, fantastic location. Very welcoming and quick check in. Room was ready early which was great. The only thing that let it down was that the rooms are quite dated but the comfortable beds

Seems to have been a great area if your low like we were your gonna get alot of noise from the bar as you only have a small window and ac that doesnt really work the room will be warm also the lack of is on the premises was disappointing aswell as no fresh water available.The Tesco about 2m walk charges about 2 pounds for a small bag of ice.the room we stayed in you could see in from an alcove so just beware of that.

The location was great but the room was dated and smelt a little musty / mouldy. For the price you pay you would expect a more modern setup. We also got stuck in the elevator one of the days ther and the phone was not working and we were stuck in the elevstor for a while and the manager did not offer anything as compensation or even the offer of a room upgrade. You cant however fault the location and the convenience to the underground station and london tower and the bridge The area on the outside of the property needs rubbish bins the amount of rubbish left on benches and ground outside was appauling to see everyday.

Overall really enjoyed the hotel. We had a beautiful view of the river (not of the bridge, but still was beautiful!) Great location near the Tower Bridge and castle. Easily walkable to the shard and borough market. Close to a tube station. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for its price. Very very average breakfast. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also very average. Surprising they don’t have better food options being such a nice hotel otherwise. They were kind enough to store our bags on our last day after check out so we didn’t have to lug them around with us all day. Also have rentable umbrellas in case you forgot one.

The staff went above and beyond. We had an issue with our Suite and the Manager made it right immediately. The view….oh my goodness… that view. Incredible. The bar and restaurant, while pricey, were wonderful. The “extra” amenities in the bathroom were somewhat lacking but not the end of the world. You can’t do much better with the location. Plenty of modes of transportation within a few minutes walk. Did I mention that view?
