Don’t be fooled by the lobby, which makes the hotel look superior. The rooms are dirty and extremely outdated. Premier inn is better quality

Very out dated rooms! This hotel is in an amazing location and love all the stuff around it just the room was very tired and needed an update. Around the bath was grubby. I stayed before and loved it this time was disappointed.

Room was clean. Although, dirty glass and cup in the sink. A lot of the grout had black mould and ceiling going black in the corners. Staff all polite but no one seemed overly happy. View from the room was amazing. Plenty of food at breakfast. We would definitely recommend the hotel. Location great, views are the best.

Beautiful views from the rooms! Rooms feel plenty spacious and well laid out for the size. Hotel receptionists, concierge, and house cleaning staff were great. We stayed 10 day and the location was perfect to commute to other London areas. We walked, used the Tube, and buses.

While our 2nd night was much better, the night we checked in was a disaster to say the least. We waited well over an hour for the staff to fix our room. The room they checked us into which they claimed was the only room available had a number of issues. While it did have an amazing view of the Tower Bridge, that was the only acceptable feature. The room had no electricity and the bed was in the floor! They promised me a refund of the first night charges which was never provided. They attempted to make up by giving us complementary drinks at the bar on the night of arrival, only to be told that we could not be served because they were closing. Then they did provide a credit for dinner in the restaurant the 2nd night and a very nice room that 2nd night. I am astonished on the room the 1st night and the false promise of refund of a nights reservation. What a shame for an otherwise nice establishment with an amazing location. Maybe the issue was that I booked through Expedia, that cannot be proven, but no one should be put in a room without electricity and a bed on the floor!! Unacceptable!
