The only real downside was the size of the room—at least ours was so small you had to go outside to change your mind. Not ideal for 2 people, but as far as budget goes, decent.

Wouldn’t stay here again

The Hotel is very convenient in that it’s a few minutes walk to Piccadilly Circus and yet the street is quiet. The room was so warm when I arrived and the aircon was virtually non existent. The bed is very hard so not great comfort. I was by the lobby door and every time someone went through it it slammed shut

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Z Hotel. Location was fantastic, staff was friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with our air conditioner and the front desk fixed it right away. The room was clean and quiet. Our only complaint was that the bed was not the most comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed at a few Z hotels in my time and they're much the same. The rooms are basic but that's what they cater for, simple clean room for the night. The front desk was a bit hard to understand, perhaps worth slowing down due to the harsh accent but I go the gist. Would recommend staying here if you need a cheap convenient location.
