Steps for top bunk are terrible and hurt my feet. I hate the bathroom in the room style with nothing else available on the entire floor so if someone is in the shower or toilet for a long time you can’t do anything about it if you need to get ready or use the loo. Front desk nice enough. Lounge area on basement floor is cool but loud. Good wifi. Ok location. Close to food but not in the best area safety wise. Lockers were in the middle of the room stacked. Never seen this or having the full bathroom in the room at a hostel. Horrible design because not only are they too small for anything more than a backpack but if you wanted to try to fit your suitcase on the top lockers you can’t if your bag is heavy.

I didnt received an email with £1 discount. Guy at the reception had no clue. Basically all guys at the reception had no knowlege and they seemed annoyed when I asked them for more info or help. Cleaning staff should work at the reception as they were very friendly and helpfull. It was too much noise in the dorm. Overall last year I had much better experience.
