The lady Christina at the Best Western in hollywood is scamming companies out of more money for digital cards. She told us our reservation was canceled but it wasn’t so she had travelocity give a new card and probably kept it and continued with our normal reservation. we had to wait over an hour to check in due to the property trying to scam us and travelocity.

Great to have a hotel with an elevator and the staff was always welcoming, friendly, and helpful with whatever I needed. Though I believe it’s an older property, my room was clean, I had hot water, a mini fridge, a microwave, tv, & the heater worked. For a short stay, it met my needs.

We stayed there for 5 nights and nobody came to clean our room. We complained once on the 3rd day and requested for housekeeping and still nobody comes to clean the room for the rest of our stay. Also we couldn’t find parking on one of the nights we’re there.
