The worst checkin experience I’ve ever had

After a long day of travel with kids. During checking in, the lady that helped us was rude and unwelcoming overall had a bad attitude. We will never come here again. Especially when you’re traveling with kids the last thing you need is being helped by someone who is short tempered and inpatient.

The staff is excellent. I showed up early and they accommodated, the room has a nice ambiance based on the modern decor. Shower had good pressure, though I wasn’t the biggest fan of the body wash scent. Smelled exactly like Lysol, that fake lemony. The gym was great, and the temp in there was 66; much appreciated as it felt even better than those big fans. Bed was really good. Went to take a nap at 3pm and slept through my 6pm alarm; woke up 13 hours later. I guess that’s one way to skip dinner. I’d easily stay here again. Located next to a really good restaurant, Tonir, the Lebanese food down the street that’ll make you wanna marry into their family. That’s what I ate before going into hibernation. I travel a lot for work, 10/10 would recommend.

The room was clean, inviting and modern. I especially enjoyed the bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. Their bar/dinning area and outside patio area were clean, and comfortable. It made you forget that you were in a business park. The staff was friendly.
