The hotel room is very aged and needs significant repairs and renovation. The window frame was secured in place with duct tape. The flooring was cheap vinyl mat, the bathroom tiles were chipped and broken. The hotel over charged for a night of parking and there was no live agent available to dispute or discuss the charge with and the agent at the main hotel number simply refused to help.

Staff was nice and checking in and out was also great. I was only there a night and definitely wouldn’t want to be there any longer. My room faced the street and it was extremely loud and all night. The surrounding area isn’t great so not a good place to walk anywhere. It was good for the night

The hotel itself was fine. The room more than met our needs, and we were very happy with the place for a one night stay. In fact, the room was quite nice. We did not have a car, and that makes getting places tough. An arrival after 8pm, and all the restaurants nearby (which were at the mall, closed at 9. There is nothing in the immediate area, so forget about a night cap or late dinner if you don't have a car, or expect to walk somewhere. One of the CSR's did not seem to know of other restaurants other than the ones at the mall. The staff was very accommodating though on giving us a late check out. So, overall, a good stay, and the flaws we found were more with the area than the hotel.

Great room for the price

Easy check-in, and friendly help. I asked for a late check-out and got it immediately. Great room for the price and the location was near everywhere I needed to be. Will definitely come back.
