This was my second time staying at this property and I love it. I occasionally visit the area for work and it is the perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The rental is comfortable, well appointed and so cozy. The kitchen is well stopped with anything you could possibly need as far as cooking goes, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it. I’m planning to book again in the fall.

The space was awesome - larger than some of our previous rentals. Nice, quiet street, with a great breakfast spot just a 5 minute walk around the corner. Everyone we encountered, from our host, Lupe, to neighbors on our walks, to the proprietor of the breakfast place, was super friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!

So very clean, easy check in, host was super friendly and responsive - everything I needed for basic kitchen functions, plenty of towels and some really nice blankets - It was a very comfortable and restorative stay! A comfortable, clean and charming place to stay. Host is great, neighborhood is nice. Kitchen appliances, AC, bathroom stuff \, etc. worked which not always the case with VRBOs. Only hassle is street parking, you need a permit from the city.

A long weekend stay

The place was nice, quaint, and clean. The only critique I have was the check in process didn’t specify that the guest house was behind the fence, so I initially got lost. That being said, the host and friends were amazing and helped us out!

It was our third time staying in this sweet cottage--need I say more? I'll just note that the couch and coffee table have been replaced from those shown in the photos as of this date (10/25). The couch is definitely more cozy than the one prior reviewers described as uncomfortable. I'll check availability again for our next SoCal trip.
