We had a one night stay between flights. It was a little difficult to find the shuttle pick up location at LAX, but once we did everything went smoothly. Love that the shuttle is available 24hrs. The chcck in staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again if needed for a short stay.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early (for a fee). When we returned later in the evening, a movie was being shown out on the patio. Staff gave us blankets and we sat outside watching Home Alone. Scrumptious cookies too!
