Massive leak in our room, all my wife’s belongings were soaked and I was unable to sleep all night due to the sound from the leak splattering all night, had to use towels to keep the floor and room from getting soaked. Who knows how long the leak had been there, hopefully there’s no mold growth from before. I was only issued a partial refund.

While the room was comfortable, the staff, breakfast and the number of out of order things were problematic. There was no one to greet us when we arrived, which can be understood, but the attitudes from the folks when they arrived were poor. The complimentary breakfast went from 7-10 AM; at 9:00 AM they had run out of eggs, biscuits, and gravy. The sausage links that were left were very overcooked and had been in the warmer a long time. They only things left were toast products, pancakes, cereals, and yogurt - none of which I could eat. The staff just kept saying we are out and giggling. About 9:20 they brought donuts as an “apology” - the guests didn’t take them and the staff didn’t understand what the problem was. Ice machines and vending machines were out of order - had to travel to the lobby several times to get what we needed. Overall, had the staff really made an effort to explain and apologize, it may have felt better, but no one seemed to care.

Fantastic stay at this hotel! Staff was great!! Breakfast were fantastic and the e coffee was really really good. Plenty of parking too. Convenient location just off the freeway along Ventura blvd. Highly recommend!
