They don’t clean regularly. We requested for the room to be cleaned a day in advance. It was never cleaned and we had to constantly ask for towels because they didn’t provide enough.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was an absolute disaster. The front desk staff have a hard time understanding English, making even simple requests frustrating. There were cockroaches on the parking floors, which was disgusting. I requested housekeeping for 4 days in a row—yes, you apparently have to request it the night before—but they never showed up. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they don’t have one. On top of all this, the fire alarm went off and the fire department had to come—apparently there was a rat in the lobby! Everyone had to evacuate. The bathrooms were filthy, and the overall experience was absolutely horrendous. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
