Hi Valeria,Thank you for taking the time to review us. We regret the inconvenience caused to you! Although this is atypical given the fact that we keep getting our rooms serviced by working closely with our licensed pest control operators every now and then and also treating the rooms ourselves with residual chemicals every 4-6 weeks as a part of the precautionary measures to help prevent bed bugs from infesting the rooms, we are quite surprised to find that this happened. We will surely look into it and get a concrete solution to this problem as we want none of our guests to be going through this problem.
