Less than 40 min from Dodgers , Angels,Lakers, Clippers, Kings,Ram's ,Chargers, USC ,UCLA ---all soccer and other attractions. We enjoyed this property very much. The location is excellent, with many independently owned shops and restaurants nearby. It is on a busy street so be aware of that. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Communication was great and the owner is very responsive. The house could use some new furniture but everything was comfortable and met our needs. We would stay here again.

This house was great for us and our adult children to go to CaliVibes. House has everything you need and is in a great location. Need outdoor space and plenty of room inside to relaxed and hang out. Kitchen is rocked well too! We will be back!

Clean and remodeled interior

Property was clean and nicely remodeled on the interior. Nice, fenced in, outdoor patio space. Driveway allows for two cars to park off the street. It is slightly challenging to get in and out of the driveway, though, due to the busy street that it’s on. There’s lots of activity around the house, but that’s to be expected with a metro area like Long Beach. It was conveniently located to the convention center where we were going for a conference. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely PERFECT!

This trip exceeded my expectations. The location was PERFECT. It was so convenient for everyone. The house & the layout was perfect for us. We found our new favorite bar, “The Good Bar,” within walking distance. The neighborhood is the usual busy during the day, but the corner location & the big driveway accommodated everyone. It was nice & quiet at night. We will return & considering holidays in the area. Perfect getaway for us. The kitchen was so well stocked. I usually Bring everything, but my kitchen sink, but here I won’t need to. I love to cook while on vacation.

This property has a great location, great amenities, and amazing owners. Adam was available for help, restocks, or recommendations! The off street parking made our life so much easier, although 4th street is busy to back on to. The yard was really nice and secluded, and the front porch is perfect for breakfast. The location is prime for access anywhere. We will be back!!

Adam, the P/O, is amazing. His communication and willingness to go above & beyond to make our stay amazing has been one of the highlights of the many times I have used a short-term rental. The home was as listed and was more than what we anticipated - it worked well for our family of 6 and was a 1 mile walk to the beach with tons of resources for us within walking distance (restaurants, full grocery store, etc). We will definitely be back and stay here again because of the property and mainly because of the owner.

Great Location!

Me and my girlfriend and our friends had such a great time here. There was a slight issue with receiving a text from Vrbo, but the Host was being very communicative with me and check in was easy. Many convenient locations by the area as well especially the taco spot literally 30 second walk from us. 10/10! Will probably be coming back again in the future.

A Well-Stocked Home in a Great Location

This was a perfect house for our family to stay while visiting with other family in Long Beach. We are a big fan of this home. The large open floor plan allowed our family to all be together. The home had everything we needed! The front yard is beautiful with a nice big porch to enjoy your drink of choice. The location is great and there are so many wonderful small businesses within walking distance.
