PROPERTY LAYOUT NOTE



This property includes two separate units:



Main House: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, open-plan living, dining, kitchen, indoor fireplace, and patio.



Detached ADU — 5th Bedroom: Accessible through an exterior door only and not connected to the main house from inside. The ADU includes a spiral staircase, private kitchen, living area, and full bathroom. AC is available but controlled from the upstairs thermostat in the main house. Guests staying in the ADU should coordinate with the main house for temperature adjustments.



Guests booking the full property have access to both units. Please plan accordingly for guests staying in the detached ADU.

All 5 bedrooms, bathrooms, the chef's kitchen, living and dining areas, and the private yard with fireplace are included. No shared spaces, no other guests.



Self check-in via lockbox. Our team is available 24/7 via message.



Parking: Driveway parking and street parking available. Garage access not included.

Ventura Boulevard's renowned dining and shopping strip is just minutes from the front door. Burbank Airport (BUR) is approximately 15–20 minutes; LAX is roughly 30–35 minutes without traffic.
