Property includes primary house: a petite vintage handmade bungalow with a newly remodeled kitchen. The main house is surrounded by tropical plants, mature fruit trees, and flowers of all kinds.

The site includes various outdoor courtyards, natural plant backdrops, and an eclectic mix of themed zones and natural settings including:

- An antique Moroccan-styled wall with fountain
- Tropical RV with hanging hammocks
- Hand carved Bali mural and daybed
- Terraced garden surrounding flowing waterfall feature
- Grass yard with stone-stepped pathway
- Private courtyard with fountain and outdoor furniture
- Ocean views from the upper lot, along with a small platform perched above the natural hillside/canyon.
