I am super impressed with the Portofino Inn and will heartedly recommend staying here to anyone. Every aspect was top notch: clean room, daily breakfast, staffing on site and brightly lit and secure parking lot. It's a veteran motel so they know what they are doing. Kudos and five stars! also the internet was fantastic. At first I used my iPhone hotspot not thinking the hotel internet would be that good. I was wrong. When I finally used the inhouse internet it was terrific and a big help.

Internet was spotty and difficult to connect to. Vanity sink and faucet was hard to use with low water pressure and strange placement of faucet. No grab bars in bath. Bed was comfortable. Office staff was very nice. Room was clean. Good variety of satisfying quick food for breakfast. Convenient. Good room for a stay for visiting the area.

I’m so happy, I found this hotel! It was in a super great location to Universal Studios and Porto’s (the two places I had to visit). There was free (YES, FREE) parking!!! And a small free breakfast (perfect for my little early riser). But, this wasn’t the best part of my experience with this hotel.. My family and I got in really early at 10:30 AM. I stopped by to ask if they would hold my luggage — to my surprise Alfredo informed me that they had a room cleaned and available and would check us in right away. I was SHOCKED and so grateful! We got to get some rest before heading out for the long day. This hotel is amazing! We will definitely be back.

The Inn was very clean and the room had plenty of space for all of us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent to get to Universal Studios as it was a 15 minute drive to the park. Close to a lot of good restaurants with the Nu Great Wok being our favorite. Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay here was great! The room was clean and cosmetically updated. The mattress on our bed could have been updated as it did sag a bit. The manager and other staff were very attentive. The breakfast and coffee provided was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Burbank again and will recommend to anyone we know of going to Burbank. Thank you!
