Overall, this was a great stay for the value. Parking: There is only one designated parking spot that is first-come, first-served. There was a silver Porsche parked there 24/7 that seemed to belong to the resident of the property. It never moved and was never available during my stay. Thankfully, there is ample street parking available and I never was w/o parking. Pay attention to the street cleaning signs.Cleanliness: As someone who has a dust allergy, this space could use a deep clean. I found my nose stuffy while in the space. I sat my bag on top of the wardrobe to store out of the way and when I pulled it down a bunch of dust came down with it.Communication: During my stay, there was a heat wave and so I needed to run the AC unit to cool the space. The AC unit seemed to ice itself causing it to make noise and lessen airflow. When I reached out to the property manager regarding this, she immediately called a technician who came out within hours to repair it.There was another issue with electrical oh my first day. I work remotely and use a Mac mini with a portable screen. There are limited outlets in the space, so I ended up having to use a power strip and plug it into the outlet behind the desk that is also the same outlet the microwave and fridge is plugged into. When I turned on the microwave to heat food, it tripped the fuse causing all of the power in the unit to go out. She responded promptly and it was back on within the hour.The shower pressure is amazing.
