House was not as advertised. The listing details of home states half bath downstairs which it does not have! It also stated it was updated but the home did not appear updated. Bathroom rod kept falling off wall. Only had a few hangers in one bedroom. The pool was very dirty with debris and the pool floor was peeling and tiles were falling off. Landscaping was over grown. We also had to inquire with VRBO to get check in instructions as it was not send to us. Upon check in an alarm on the wall was alarming and did it a few more times in the middle of the nite. There was a banging noise from below that would wake us up each nite. Listing does state a shared wall with another tenant which is actually someone living in the garage. Amazon package was delivered and we did put it in the house, apparently the garage tenant went into the house while we were not there and grabbed their package and also put a package we ordered in the house for us. They did leave a note on the door but still felt weird that they were able to just come into the house without any notice. A few more towels would of be good especially since they advertise a pool but only provided 1 bath towel per person and no pool towels. They did not have any wash cloths or body soap either.
