Need more towels, ice cube trays, if you plan on cooking you can’t. Needs more toilet paper. This studio isn’t equipped for cooking. We understand it is close to all restaurants and bars but we are coffee people and there wasn’t any sugar. The pillows are horrible, so if you are close bring your own. The bed was comfortable. Big gap in door that lets light / noise in. Could use some curtains to darker and add more privacy at night. Tree/shrub blocks walkway to get to entrance from Corona Ave. Overall, decent experience if you are looking for mediocre.

House was a convenient location for us and was decorated cute.I feel the checkout time is on the earlier side of most places I’ve stayed at 10 AM and didn’t appreciate that I had to pay 20 to extend one hour. Mostly needed a place to sleep, but wasn’t able to sleep very well because of the loud air-conditioning unit and the light coming through all the windows.

Overall great stay! GREAT location, clean, and walking distance to everything, even for someone with a bad back. Street parking was a little difficult, but we were able to park each night within a block. The portable air conditioner unit was a bit of an obstacle, & since there is not a closet or drawers we had to keep suitcases open on the floor. Knowing that we would stay here again if we had less baggage (we flew here to stay a few days before a week long cruise and were staying a few days after the cruise elsewhere as well so had quite a bit of baggage). Hosts were great with communication and answering any questions we had, both before stay & during.

Stroll to the Beach was very cute, comfy bed, and sofa. Unfortunately parking is at a premium. I had to plan my days to arrive back "home" early enough to try to find street parking. My schedule was already very tight so that made things difficult and threw a huge monkey wrench in my schedule each day. Generally, the place was clean, however found strands of hair on the bed under the decorative pillow, and a few plates in the cabinet had visible white, grease. Needless to say, had to wash all dishes prior to using them. The other bummer was that I needed to do laundry, used the washer, then the dryer didn't work, seemed dead. Had to pack wet clothes for my flight home. John did reply right away when I told him I needed another bath towel and helped me with that, however I was hosed on getting my clothes dry. Overall, not a bad place. As an owner, I would suggest investing in a more thorough cleaning and maintenance service or do more spot checks on them.

Right near a hub for night life, but surprisingly quiet. Walking distance to Naples long beach. Can get busy on the weekends for parking, but only had to loop around once to find a new parking space opening up, so pretty convenient. Would return and recommend.
