The South Bay Retreat - 8 Min Drive to the Beach

Summary:

Thanks for considering our place for your upcoming stay!



We designed this space for our family and friends to stay when they visit, and share it with others in between. We remodeled all 720 sqft to serve as a home base for someone coming for a couple of days or a couple of months. Adam manages about 40 short-term rentals, and incorporated all the best parts when designing this space for you.

The Space:

When you enter using the Yale smart lock, you'll be welcomed by the primary bedroom. There's a large king bed with a Helix mattress and hotel quality bedding. 🛏️



Around the the corner to the bedroom, you'll find a work from home set-up with an optional standing desk, 27" monitor, key board and mouse ready for you to plug-in. This area also functions as a second sleeping area with a pull-out queen bed.



Next over is the bathroom - always stocked with shower essentials, q-tips, flossers, make-up remover pads, and others.



The kitchen has brand new appliances and pretty much everything you'll need.

Guest Access:

Everything indoors is exclusively yours.



There will be a great outdoor area with a hot tub, firepit, and large outdoor couch you'll be welcome to use. Outdoor area can not be used past 9pm, and we ask that you are respectful of noise regardless of the time of day. Adam and Anna use it as well but guests will have first dibs.

Getting Around:

LA is definitely a driving city, but South Bay is very bikable. We have two electric bikes that you can rent, let us know if you'd like more details. Uber, Lyft and soon to be Waymo are available.

A couple quick notes:

- Owners live in the unit above



- We added a layer of cork underneath the flooring, but the unit is still subject to noise from the unit above and water pipes in the walls



- Aside from the bathroom, the unit has an open flow and the bedroom doesn't have a door to separate it from the other rooms
