"First off the reception has a strong stench of cigarette smoke. On check out the hotel demanded extra money than what was listed on the book page. They listed ¥150 per person per night which was fine however they wanted another ¥350 per person for heating cost!?!? Which was never listed during booking. ..."

"Location was so nice. Just across the street from the station and so many food options. Further up past the hotel is the Main Street that take you up to the temple. Prime location. The onsen was perfect post 20,000 steps. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so kind and helpful."
