Facing the Atlas Mountains, in a 1 hectare park planted with olive and palm trees, Villa Helios welcomes you in an elegant and contemporary setting. It is located in the countryside 15 minutes from the center of Marrakech, near the Golf al Maaden.

 4 large suites with bathrooms, and an office-bedroom can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Villa Helios includes a large swimming pool, a park, a vegetable patch and a furnished bowling green.
This single storey house is easy to live in, bright and includes a fully equipped kitchen.
The 15m x 7m swimming pool, unsupervised and unprotected, is 2m deep and includes an equipped beach 80cm deep. It is heated in mid-season by solar heating of 90m2, ensuring a temperature of 24 ° C in February.

Villa Helios, named after the Greek sun god, was built in 2019. It uses solar energy and geothermal energy, and produces more energy than it consumes.

3 people, French-speaking cook, housekeeper and gardener, welcome guests, maintain the Villa and provide catering on request.
