Hotel needs updating stupid all inclusive rules only 1 drink per person after 11pm drinks were disgusting food was not great. Some staff were not helpful wimen cleaning floors in eating area nearly tripping people up even when the floors were not even dirty. Fish served raw uncooked totally unacceptable no water provided in the rooms coffee machines always running out and staff not really bothered about refilling.shuttle bus only free 2 times in the day. Waterpark on some days turned off slides early. I could go on forever but i wont..will never ever stay in this hotel again even if i was offered a free weeks stay..

Room was clean, the dishes and cups often had dirty ones. Food was quite bland, pretty much the same every day. There were 1-2 good items every day. What really gets me are the condition of the cups - dirty and beaten up. That being said for the price it was, we expected shortcomings. Most importantly there is not food available all the time. You have to follow their meal schedules which can be challenging with little kids. The upkeep of the overall property is not great. They only take reservation do the restaurant in a 2 hour time window. We won’t return

Great hotel, very clean complex, food was excellent for an all inclusive buffet, aircon good in rooms, pool excellent, recommended. Only negative was staff who were quite unwelcoming at times. Bar staff were exceptionally rude making it hard to get alcoholic drinks at times from the all inclusive bars

A great, family friendly hotel. The food was amazing, there’s lots of variety for the more pickier eaters too. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and the resort was well kept, there is probably areas that could do with modernisation, but very minor in the overall experience. The entertainment and effort of the animation team was also good, very much catered to younger children though, with the last hour being more for the older children/ adults. The only thing that knocked off a star, was the that alcoholic drink options weren’t the best. All in all, we had a lovely time and felt very safe and would definitely stay there again. The onsite aqua park was great fun too :)
