A great little house in Midland

A nice little house only a short distance away from all of the amenities of Midland. Silky was helpful clear, we did not have any issues. The only (minor) criticism we have is that the property might benefit from a kettle and a microwave!

Disappointed

Looks different than pictures. Sink wasn't draining well on arrival, notified Silky. Purchased LIquid Plumbr with Silky's consent. On 3rd day plumber came at our request, fixed drainage. BBQ out of propane. Told we were responsible to replace tank. We said if BBQ advertised then propane should be supplied. Spent 1 hour and $33.89 to get replacement. Bought night lites for living room, very dark getting from bedroom on 2nd floor to bathroom on 1st floor. Only one small pot provided for cooking, unable to cook corn or pasta as planned. Area is beautiful, Silky's suggestions about beaches, restaurants and places to see were very helpful. Silky answered our calls promptly.

Midland city cottage

We had a pleasant stay in a comfortable place. Steep stairs were a challenge for two seniors in the middle of night. The kitchen could have used dish towels, a kettle and pot holders. Other than that, we had all we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great vacation spot!

Nice location near hiking trails! Perfect size house for a couples weekend. Only issue was the upstairs was really hot for sleeping.

My stay in Midland

The property was amazing. The time we spent there was great. The only problem I encountered was the upstairs bedroom was a little too hot to sleep in the first night so I slept on the couch because we weren't allowed to change it. Everything we needed was close by too so that was nice. We both enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place to stay, in a great location in Midland, walking distance to the downtown and the bay. We had a great time and Silky was so helpful.
