SureStay by Best Western Miles City
"The room was very dated, the carpet was very wore and had gravel on it as soon as you went in. We went for supper and came back our key wouldn’t work again, had to go have reprogrammed (no big deal) then get in the room, tv won’t work. Called the front desk and the guy said he’d come fix it. He NEVER came. We didn’t eat breakfast, but I did forget something in the room. When we called back several hours later, the lady up front was very helpful, but my things had been threw in trash and had to be dug out. The lady at front desk took special care in getting my item shipped to me. I did appreciate that so much. All in all, the place was no five star hotel, but it did not have bed bugs so that in itself is good. Just not sure I’d stay here again."
