We’ve stayed at kartrite so many times and we always love it. The issue this time around was that the lazy river and the kids area were closed for such a long time the day we checked in and then when we got out of the waterpark at 5pm the sweet shoppe was closed and it just felt like a lot of what we wanted to do wasn’t possible. Overall kartite is always amazing and we will be back so many more times

Room was nice, waterpark was nice (no wave pool) Staff was horrible - they seemed annoyed every time you tried to buy something or ask a question, and the other guests were very ghetto - one lady about 45 yrs old, was cursing out an 11 yr old for splashing her while she was in the kiddie section, at a water park. Instead of asking her to leave the staff just ignored it. Another time we were waiting in line for the wav board, a guy was "holding the spot" for 7 kids. When it was his turn, 7 kids jumped in front, each kids gets about 5 minutes. The fire alarm went off because someone was cooking in their room, everyone was standing outside in the freezing cold for 30 minutes until the fire department cleared it, in soaking wet swimsuits, no clothes, no shoes, no towels. When we came back in, there was no apology. No offering of something warm to drink. The text message they sent was really kind of rude.

This was the worst waterpark experience I've ever had. My family fell ill and we encountered terrible service at their restaurant, "Bixby." The Kartrite adventure water area and lazy river were both closed due to maintenance and a lack of staff. My kids couldn't enjoy themselves at all. We lodged a complaint at the front desk, but they informed us that the manager was unavailable at that moment. They gave me an email address to reach out to. I sent an email but received no response after a week. Save your money and steer clear of this dreadful waterpark.
