This was my second visit, and I must say, it did not disappoint. Firstly, I would like to extend my thanks to Gloria at the front desk for the fantastic welcome. Her recognition from my previous visit truly set the tone for an enjoyable stay and highlights the exceptional hospitality service provided. Furthermore, the staff at the food court were extremely helpful and pleasant, and the lifeguards were equally commendable. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I have had the pleasure of visiting many resorts, but Kartrite Resort remains my favorite. The consistent excellence in service and dedication to guest satisfaction is unparalleled. Thank you to all the amazing staff for exceeding our expectations and making our stay memorable.

The front desk clerk Andy made us feel very welcomed upon arrival. Hotel room was clean and cozy. My son had a time for his 3rd birthday.

Had dinner at the Bixby and the server we has was terrible. She was just not around when we needed stuff. Our hotel room was clean but one of our bathroom toilets was not working correctly. The water park and the rest of our stay was good.
