While we enjoyed our stay overall, our experience at the restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. We waited over an hour to be seated, and once seated, it took an additional hour for our food to arrive. When the food did come, it was cold and did not meet expectations. The staff appeared overwhelmed, and while they were courteous, the service delays significantly impacted our dining experience. We hope this feedback is helpful and that improvements can be made, as the resort itself has great potential.

One of the worst customer service manager was extremely rude made us wait for room hours while our room was ready didnt listen to me what i was saying and talked very very rudely i even emailed them about this issue but never heard back from them i cant believe such a nice place with this kind of employ i was there from collaboration but not feeling like promoting them at all

Room was decent. Front desk was good. Water park terrible. Understaffed. Garbage cans overflowing. Closed down all rides for over an hour. They said it was for cleaning. That is nonsense. No cleaning was done.Dont go there. They advertise a free shuttle to resorts casino but when we asked for it they said it was out of season. On a holiday weekend they had shut down most food options. My advice would be spend your money somewhere else

Pool was fun perfect for my 8 year olds and 4 year old. Breakfast was not included and WAY to expensive in the hotel
