Fantastic experience. Staff is super friendly. I was very happy upon my arrival with the nice greeting and bottle of water since I had been walking for some time. My king bedroom was very nice, and smelled lovely when I walked in. The hotel is close to shopping and food, all within walking distance. The Peel metro stop entrance is literally out the door, about a minute walk. I appreciate the need to use the hotel key to operate the elevator, for security reasons. I also loved that the room had a Nespresso Pixie machine. I use Nespresso at home so the machine in the room was a wonderful surprise. My room happened to be above the construction zone, so at times I needed to relax I wasn't fully able too. There was a grinder going at 8am my first morning, with various noise throughout the day, and scraping sounds at 730am the next day, my checkout day. It was probably better that I was a tourist and not someone trying to get office work done because it would have certainly been an unwelcomed distraction. I do understand however, that this is all temporary. I will definitely be returning. As a lone tourist, this hotel/staff made me feel confident to return to the city again by myself. I felt safe and welcome, and I look forward to giving a 5 for room comfort on my next trip.

Superb hotel, close to everything we wanted to see

The staff went out of its way to be helpful, everyone spoke fluent english and their advice was right on the money. A terrific value. The only thing that could have been better was the restaurant, ordered sushi, it cam on a bed of hot noodles, not what I expected. Wait service was slow

Lovely hotel with easy access to indoor shopping!

Pros: The staff was fantastic and seemed genuinely happy to be there, especially the valet staff and maintenance guy!
Cons: Make sure the restaurant is stocked up on salmon lox! Two breakfasts hoping to have some but they were out both days.
Location: Shopping was great!! Recommend you valet for $20/day. Not sure where else to park.
The hotel was charming in every way. Our room with the fireplace was comfortable and beautiful. I loved the clean lines, neutral colors and modern design. The fireplace was for ambience only (no heat) but it still made it cozy. I liked the bathroom with the screens. True someone could peer in while in the shower so one needs to trust their roommate! The hotel staff always offered complimentary bottled water. The fresh Asian pears they had at the front desk, lobby and in halls was a nice (and sweet) touch, they were delicious. The best part about this hotel was the outstanding staff. They were all friendly, accommodating and always made us feel They genuinely wanted to help us, from the front desk, valet, restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance. We were only there for two nights but had an opportunity to interact with all of them. They were fantastic and we appreciate their services. It was also quite cold during our stay, especially for a couple from Texas. The indoor underground shopping centers across the hotel was awesome. We will definitely be returning.

So very nice!

Pros: Nice location. Nice rooms. We even had a TV you could watch from the bathtub!
Location: We walked to China town and Old Town. Walked to two restaurants too.
We got it early from a cruise and went to the hotel in the morning. They were so nice to get us into our room. It really did make our two day stay amazingly better. We probably did twice as much as we would have had we had to wait till for the afternoon to check in. The staff had great recommendations and were friendly.

Excellent hotel and location

Pros: Romantic setting, pears
This hotel is fun! The pool is unique and peaceful, even if small. There are pears in bowls all over the hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated. It is easy to get to Old Montreal, Mont Royal and St. Katherine Street.
