Beautiful and clean rooms, very comfortable. The staff is incredible — they truly go the extra mile to make you happy. We received a warm welcome, then left for another city for three days, and when we returned to Montreal, Alejandra upgraded our room and surprised us with wine, pastries, and a birthday card for my wife. The food at their restaurant was exquisite. We’re definitely coming back and will be recommending this hotel to our friends.

This is what hotels used to be. I wish other hotels were as nice as this. Service was friendly and prompt. Room was spacious and well laid out. Bathrooms were great. Small minor detail. I would reduce the add ons that are in the room for a fee. There was no room in the mini fridge for anything else. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely book again we return on our next visit. We travel over 100k a year and have stayed in the best and the worst. This is way up there and a great value.

The hotel is located in central Old Montreal across from the Cathedral. The area has a nice European city feel. We were in a superior room: contemporary furnishings, massive shower and bathroom; excellent mattress with exceptional value compared to other (chain) hotels. Both restaurants in Place d'Armes are very good. (New) Montreal is 1-2 km away with even more restaurants and shopping areas.
