This is a beautiful property. The staff was fantastic and my only complaint is the maintenance of our room. Unfortunately the fireplace would not turn off and kept us up most of the night. I also had a towel hook fall of and land on my foot as well as a door knob that came apart. These are simple things to fix with a little care. We were only there one night so we didn’t say anything. Hopefully they will look into these things and the future guests will get some sleep. Otherwise it was a super beautiful room. #3403

The hotel is clean and the location is absolutely amazing. However, they are clearly understaffed. On some days during my stay, my room hadn't been cleaned even by 6 PM. Reaching the reception by phone was also hit or miss, which was frustrating. If location is your top priority and you don’t mind occasional construction noise at night, this could still be a good option

I had a beautiful stay at this hotel during my recent visit to Montreal. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to Old Montreal, shops, and great food, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out.
