I asked for coffee pods for my coffee machine and never got them. My blow dryer was broken and I asked for another one and never got it. I requested extra towels since both me and my daughter have very long hair. They never put them. On the last night we got, what I think is a prank done to us. Maybe kids in the hotel. They knocked like crazy at 12:30am and left boxes of pizza outside my door. I called the front desk immediately terrified. They never came to Chanel on us. I had to call 2x and no one came to see what happened!! Very very poor service. I always stay at the hotel when I come to Montreal and this time the service was extremely poor.

Nice hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff. Quiet room, everything in working order, very happy about that. Nice pool, can get a « bit » noisy when kids are present though! Super underground parking, easy acces, reasonable rates. Not much to do around the hotel, must use the car. But many shops closeby. Would definitely stay there again.
