After checking in, I told my kids that the woman who checked me in was one of the loveliest, kindest, wonderful woman. Best check in I think I have ever had. We checked in late. The bar and restaurant were open until 10:30 and it was 10:15. We took out things upstairs and came back down hoping to get a drink. The woman working at the restaurant/bar said we could take our bottle of wine out in the seating area in the lobby. We sat in a lovely, quiet area. She said we could stay there as long as we wanted to. Our room is so clean, beds very comfortable. All in all, an amazing hotel experience.

Room was great When picked up by the shuttle got yelled at by the driver for being late. Even after we should proof that we had called 5 minutes ago he continued to yell and argue. Complained to front desk on my arrival. Nothing was done. I have never been yelled at like that !

Hotel was very pleasant, clean and presentable. Staff were very accomodating. I didn't have a credit card (only debit) but the hotel was able to accommodate that. I appreciated that as other hotels in my experience will not do that. I will stay there again when I pass through Montreal.
