We were fine when we got there. We fell Ill and after one day we had to check out. The hotel front desk manager said we can not get a refund for the second night because we booked through Expedia. I think this is very unfair. We picked up Corinavirus in this Hotel because they were packed with Comicon patrons and charge us for it. Now we are isolating with family. Just horrible.

Spacious, clean, well located, no hassles, near Chinatown and in wonderful Quartier des Spectacles. Practical, economical, comfortable, like staying in your own condo. Soft dreamy bed with lots of pillows. Great heater/aircon that works fast and perfectly. Nice BathTub for hot baths in cold season. Free laundry room! I prefer this to a high-frills commercial place, less traffic and more privacy. Actually want to keep it a secret, but they deserve a good write-up. I don’t drive so parking difficulties don’t apply to me-

Parking at the hotel is easy as the parking garage is right under the hotel. No hassle with cold weather or a wet car. It was clean. Lobby a bit small and not very welcoming but more about function. Room was very clean, plenty of towels and good hot water and plenty of shower pressure.

Excellent hotel with everything you will need

I got this hotel at the last minute and the price was ubelievable! It was like my holidays gift from haeven.the hotel is excellent I will stay there anytime I go back to montreal even at different price because that one was a deal. Very comfortable and the kitchen makes you feel at home.it is closet everything you need !!! Staff excellent !! The gentleman who worked in the nights while we were there was excellent. We recommend this hotel to anyone.the only thing you pay for the parking .in the winter it is very good because while others were digging their cars from snow ,ours was nice and clean in the garage.
