I don't often write reviews for hotels, but I felt I needed to for this 1! First we had a bit of a wait for our room, but that was my fault due to an early plane arrival, but it was still ready on time & so worth the wait! Maybe we just aren't used to this kind of service but, the room is huge, the separate kitchen area (with everything you need), living room & bedroom are awesome! With 4 of us, 3 being girls!!! 2 bathrooms is beyond useful! The included breakfast makes for the perfect start to the day, with different kinds of bread, eggs, yogurt, bagels, sliced meats & cheeses, cereals etc....The valet services for your vehicle is so helpful & convenient & 24hrs! Tim hortons is right across the street & souvenir shops & dollar store literally around the corner ! 24 hr laundry room ...plus the staff were beyond pleasant & helpful 💕 Highly recommend!!!

Staff not great helping with bags at check in, we were told to get our own trolley. Valet parking was fine. Free breakfast isn't worth it, best to find a diner or Tim Hortons nearby. But having the apartment kitchen was nice. The bathroom doesn't have a fan which is also inconvenient.

Lovely stay at this hotel. We arrived a little early before check in and as our room wasn’t ready received a free upgrade. Rooms very comfortable and very clean. Decor is a little bit dated however works were ongoing during our stay which was clearly communicated. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel which has a very central location.

There was construction happening in the lobby when we arrived, and outside early every morning. We weren’t made aware of this until we were already on our way to the hotel, and we were driving there from out of the country. Sleep was the main purpose of our hotel, so being woken up early to loud construction was not good. They should have given us an earlier heads up. Also some kind of fumes for cleaning or construction were making my daughter nauseated and almost passed out when we were in the hallway outside the elevator of the 10 th floor We would like a refund

Fantastic! The rooms are a little dated but that’s the only bad thing I could possibly say. Everyone was so nice, the location was great, and it may be one of the biggest regular hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in!!!

Nice hotel. We enjoyed the pool and excellent breakfast. The suite was large with a well stocked kitchen. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but are they ever? Staff were friendly.

Beds were very comfortable. We had a room on the front of the building but had no issues with noise. Super high ceilings and big windows. Lots of natural light or black curtains if you don’t. Clean bathroom, soft good quality towels. Small kitchen with cookware and plates/bowls. Cutlery. Keurig restocked with 4 pods daily - I’m sure you could ask for more. They will even delivery groceries - saw a sheet on the fridge but there’s lots of restaurants and an IGA grocery store within short walk. We didn’t use gym or pool but the pool is suitable for kids - around 4feet deep. Small covered patio to sit outside. Continental breakfast included and enough to start your day - coffee, yogurt, boiled eggs, deli ham/turkey and cheese, oatmeal packets/dry cereal and plenty of bakery options (no croissants or other French pastries though). Of course coffee, tea and juices. Price was good and in the middle of shopping, if you like to walk it’s perfect and excellent location for 747 airport bus and subway. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the heart of the city. 15 min north to Mont Royal, 15 min south to Old Montreal, 15 min east to Schwartz's deli and 15 min west to the Bell Centre. Rooms are great with lots of space. Very quiet and dark so able to sleep in even with the condo going up next door (we were advised in advance). The breakfast, while not much to choose from, was an added bonus so we did not have to worry about finding somewhere to eat each morning. First time at Le Square Phillips and will definetly be back.

Easy check in , smiling and friendly clerk, wonderful large room with full kitchen , nice rooftop deck, pool and fitness room. The location is perfect for visiting Montreal attractions. We arrived by train, an easy walk from Central Station. If you need an expansive lobby with shops, etc. Look elsewhere but if you want a large, clean well-appointed place to hang your hat, this is a great spot.
