Literally, the only issue was that the soap from the last people was still in the dish in the shower and it took a long time for the hot water to warm up. But other than that, everything was fantastic. The room service guy was phenomenal.

My husband and I were staying for just one night - quick Montreal visit, and the Hotel Bonaventure far exceeded our expectations. It was reasonably priced, the room was clean and comfortable, the rain shower was lovely, the gym was large and had tons of options for working out, and the pool, hot tub, and sauna were everything this water nut could have wanted. The only drawback was that I didn't get to the hotel early enough to swim under the stars and had to wait until the next morning, but truly it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend the hotel to any of my friends who are going to Montreal.

Staff was excellent. We stayed in the Presidential Suite- it was a great set up for our family -2nd floor bedroom with 2 murphy beds on the main floor of the apartment. Definitely the best room, and hotel option. However- the chain door lock was broken, the bathroom door had serious abuse showing (like someone had tried to break into it), and the floors were super scratched up. The fake fireplace was lovely to look at, but had no way to turn it off, and it clicked on and off every 15 seconds all night, so people sleeping on that floor had to listen to it. Pool noodles really need updating at the pool!
