Excellent location in Montreal

The rooms were lovely. The pool is heated year round and the hot tub is lovely. The restaurants served good food for a comparative price. The location is ideal, across the street from the central rail station and in walking distance from old Montreal. The only improvement would be refillable shower amenities versus one use.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, access for the handicapped was poor - many stairs and limited elevator access. For someone needing temporarily to use a cane, this was not only frustrating, it also left me vulnerable. Luckily, those who offered (much needed) help were good hearted.

Lovely hotel, close to Via Rail Station. Pool is fun but too busy/loud for us to really enjoy. I was disappointed in no room service for breakfast and we had a long wait in line to even get seated for breakfast in the hotel, so ended up finding a nearby cafe. Just a very busy long weekend, but might be helpful to increase staff given the number of guests. Bartender at pool was great ! And we would return at a quieter time.

We did not find the property convenient for access or parking. The building is older and there is a strong concrete presence and darker colours throughout (black). Check in is on the 10th floor. We found parking signage with clear instruction lacking. We did not find it a convenient property with clear directions.
