A lot of money for the convenience to old town. Property was dilapidated. Service personnel disinterested and unhelpful. HVAC was horrible. Water was turned off for an hour while I was in the shower. No advance warning. Complained. Basically got a shrug of the shoulders. No apology, no follow up. You’d be better off staying at a Motel 6 for the level of quality and service you’d get here.

Staff were very helpful. Asked for a later check out and dealt with the request in a very prompt and efficient manner. Rooms were excellent spacious, well equiped and very clean. Would certainly stay at the Bonaventure again.

Perfect stay. The room is excellent with a wonderful view. The pool and Jakuzzi are fantastic. Food was better than expected, we had room service meal which was great. Breakfast was superb. Good Job!
