Room was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. The only issue was the ease of checking in when you have to park your vehicle. There was no place to stop/park to check in and you need room key to get in to parking. There were a few parking spots at back of building which should be designated for those checking in...maybe have someone like a security guard monitoring it

Staff had given away the room that I booked and ended up in a double bed room.. we showed up an hour or two later than check in because of flight delay. AND After booking in advance. Room was great and near everything. Hotel was clean. Sauna and hot tub were nice after being in the cold. Just not happy with having my room booked over me because “there’s a hockey game tonight”

Stupid that this property Won't allow you to park your vehicles if they have studded tires and will fine you 250 dollars. With auto theft being a real threat in Montréal and the price you pay for hotels you shouldn't be stuck parking on the street or an alternative parking garage. Not to mention the staff are super rude and disrespectful they are not welcoming at all. I will never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here...shame cause I travel to Montréal quite frequently.
