J'ai fait une réservation le 15 Novembre 2025 à 23h30. Je voulais réserver pour le 15 Décembre pour mon séjour prochain à Montréal mais malheureusement j'ai sélectionné la date du 15 Novembre (le même jour). J'ai constaté 2 jours après car ayant reçu le message qui me demandait de noter l'hôtel. Surpris, j'appelle l'hôtel pour dire que c'était une erreur et demande à être reprogrammer le 15 Décembre, ils me disent non c'est impossible et me demandent d'appeler la compagnie par laquelle j'ai effectué la réservation. J'ai contacté la Compagnie en question et la compagnie à son tour à contacter l'hôtel pour expliquer la situation et la réponse était toujours négative. Quelle rigidité!!! Même les billets d'avions sont remboursés ou reprogrammer voyons!! Le service à la clientèle ne semble pas être leur préoccupation. C'est vraiment dommage...

Excellent rapport qualité / prix ! Heureux d'avoir à nouveau choisi cet hôtel. Seule distraction: L'eau "chaude" n'est pas assez chaude à mon goût ! Chambre propre et confortable. L'ascenceur marche de façon un peu saccadée ! Mais il y a des escaliers.

Staff was great, room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was good one note if any would be I wish there was better lighting and the turn dial of the shower seemed to be backwards when you would turn it hot it would be cold and when you turn it to cold, it would be hot but not a problem once you figure that out. Overall very good stay and would stay again.

The heating kept us awake all night with constant clicking noises. On top of that, it didn’t even work ! the room stayed at 18°C the whole time, while it was –3°C outside. Room was clean, but far too cold, and the same goes for the bathroom.

My reservation was cancelled prior to my arrival, after a 6.5hr drive. I then had to wait almost 30 minutes for the Duty Manager to “appear”, but that was after I was told I had cancelled the reservation. Them not realizing they were referencing the wrong booking. I was given an upgrade for the trouble, Thank you! But that I'm sure was because of the different reasons, and the long wait I had to endure. I then got to the room and there was hair on top of and under the top sheet, the blanket had crust all over it. I made no compliant. 5 stars for the location. The lady at the desk had too sour of an attitude Sunday morning when I went to extend, she told me I had to check out and then wait until 4:00pm to check back in. Luckily the very competent manger solved the issue and simply and most likely had her just check me out and back in. I wasn't expecting much. They have all my empathy and grace, though clean sheets would have been nice.

The rooms are clean, especially the toilets, which are very clean and spacious. we had a smooth move with the staff, and the breakfast was good. Maybe they can include some more items in their menu
