The entire street is under construction, making the street a one way streeet without any option to off load . The staff was not helpful and not less than friendly. The carpet in the hallway and stairs is dirty. The room is in poor condition.

Terrible decision to stay in this hotel. Congestion room, indifferent staff, I was suffocated throughout the stay just wanted to get out of that place. Parking is overpriced they charged 51$ and my new car got a big scratch. Very disappointed so many things to mention like the tub was plugged, exhaust in the washroom is not working, I don’t know is the just the room I rented was like that or every room.

The location is Superb, the staff was nice but did take sometime to solve an issue reported with the parking fees. I do not recommend to park in the hotel, firstly is not included and secondly is super uncomfortable to park, when we were there it was oversold and they wanted us to park in a place where easily another vehicle could hit ours. The breakfast was nice and fresh (most of the days), although it lacks of any protein. I wish they include something besides just bread.

We looked two other properties daring our trip and this was the best looking hotel but worse place offered breakfast. Nothing was filled on time. We only got one slice bread, penutbutter, coffee, they didn't filled up milk, pancake, Croissant,jam or anything else on time. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Arrived in my room, the toilet did not flush. Front desk person said someone would come to look at it in 30 minutes, no one came until the morning. The air conditioning did not work, there was a sports bra left behind the chair from the previous guest I assume. The pictures of this hotel, make it look ok, it’s dark and depressing to cover up the uncleanliness. Very disappointing hotel.

Well, at least there were no bedbugs and the sheets were clean — so that’s something! The room itself felt like a trip back in time (not in a good way), with a bathroom neon light on its last breath. Breakfast was “included,” but don’t get your hopes up: a couple of lonely pancakes, some bread next to a broken toaster, and a pot of black coffee. Even forks seem to be on ration. And just when you think it can’t get worse — the vending machine doesn’t work either, and surprise: no refunds.

Not so happy. Average rooms, service is not the best. Have their own parking still charging 45 plus tax extra if you need one. Found a parking lot underground 18 dollars all include 1 min away. Really here to take money. Not at all friendly or knowledgeable staff

Parking is way over priced when you can park for less than half two minutes away. Breakfast was extremely basic with no protein at all. Room was however clean with no issues regarding this.
