Overall we had a comfortable stay however we noticed that parts of the room required deeper cleaning and maintenance. For example, the bathroom floors and corners of the shower should have been deep cleaned as it appeared there was mold in ever corner of the shower stall. Chipped shelving in the bathroom and in ceiling you could see the space between the wall and ceiling.

The room was very clean and had everything required for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic. We have stayed in Montreal many times and have agreed that this property offers excellent value. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. If I have to be completely honest, the only shortfall is that the front desk staff could be more engaged and friendly. It makes a difference when your guests feel welcome!

Nice hotel and well situated. Not a lot of common areas. Restaurant being renovated. Other construction in hotel, although they only made noise at reasonable times. Did not see a shop within hotel to buy basics. On the positive side, rooms clean and staff friendly. Walkable to plenty of shopping, dining and the center Bell.
