We loved the hotel but found it weird that the bathroom had a clear glass window so that people in the room can see in. There were shutters but they were not on the bathroom side. Extremely uncomfortable while showering.

Great place to stay downtown!

This hotel offered an all-around great experience. The lobby and room were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was very helpful with multiple kinds of questions. In terms of location, the hotel was very convenient, right near a metro stop, near underground city stores and restaurants plus street- level cafes that offered good options for breakfast and snacks. Sites were within walking or metro distance. I would definitely recommend the hotel to future visitors!

The first impression of this hotel was that of simple, understated class. This is a comfortable, elegant, and accommodating place without trying to portray some sort of unrealistic fantasy of grandeur. Service was friendly with a sincere kindness that is often missed in the world of cultivated service-industry niceties. The room was comfortable with a warm ambience - not a hint of sterility. I will certainly stay here again. The proximity to excellent dining options was an unanticipated bonus. I recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and class without the gaudy forced enthusiasm of other hotels serving the “modern urban”category.
