The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a decent view from the 14th floor. The breakfast provided had good options and was maintained regularly, food was good as well. The hotel is in a great spot, maximum 25minute walk to our destinations of interest. The indoor parking is a tight fit but we managed to make it work and it saved us from parking on the street in the cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to this hotel on our next Montreal trip!

Very Clean room !! Close to everything we were soing and has a pool !!! The breakfast was ok for a cold breakfast but i l9ve the fact there is a small little kitchenette in the room so we can brought atuff to cook ! 2nd time there and we will be back!

This was a decent room for a great price. It had everything you needed for your trip including a well equipped kitchen. I did encounter some issues with the coffee machine and had to call twice, but staff was quick to resolve it. The included breakfast left much to be desired but got the job done. Had a great view and access to a porch. The room itself seemed to have some interesting patches in different places that I’d recommend be thoughtfully covered up with art. The staff was kind and helpful.

Room was very clean but was not refreshed on the second day even though we had the sign out on the door. Our overall experience was good. Staff was always with a smile, polite and helpful. The kitchen facility made it nice for us to make our meals and snacks. Good overall experience
