Firstly there was a spider in our room , we had to change the room and the spider was very big. Then new room the coffe machine wasn’t working. We told the front desk. He said he will send someone . We waited nd no one came o fix it. Then in breakfast there was no cream or milk for coffee for cereals just straight black o Coffee if u want to drink it . Very bad experience

The room felt sterile. Could have been warmed with just a few pictures onthe walls. The TV pixelated a lot. The staff at the desk were helpful. Especially the two women that were on Friday afternoon. That was October 31st.
