Didn't get off to a great start when the air didn't work in my room and the ceiling paint in my was cracked and peeling but they quickly moved me to a much better room at the same rate. Hotel is definitely dated but they did post they are in midst of doing upgrades.

The parking space is very limited and even after you pay for parking and get a tag, they still dont hold a spot. We left around 8 and came back from dinner at midnight and they said, sorry the parking is full… we already checked in and paid, how do they not count the parking permits vs the spots they have?? The breakfast was probably the smallest selection and worst quality Ive seen between hotels and even motels. Gym and swimming pool were… well not usable, completely disgusting. Good points, polite staff, they tried to be helpful with their limited resources, and the rooms were clean for sleeping.

Our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. The towels had hair on them, the washroom was untidy, and the room had a musty smell whenever the air conditioning was turned on. The overall condition of the room suggested poor maintenance—it looked like it was falling apart. When my partner and I arrived to pick up our keys, a disheveled woman walked past us while speaking to the receptionist about another guest she believed to be unstable. Throughout our stay, we noticed several suspicious individuals loitering around the hotel’s facilities, including the parking lot, reception, and hallways, which made us feel unsafe. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel—especially for families or anyone seeking a clean and secure environment.

For over $300 a night, this property was such a let down. It is old, and outdated. The pool water was extremely cloudy. We had to ask twice for towels to be replenished. The carpet in the room was musty and contributed to the smell and stuffiness. Parking was extremely limited and we were told that we would get a discounted rate if we parked further away at another hotel. However, that discounted rate is $5 more than the parking fee at Ramada’s property. One last note, I am from Toronto. We have cultures from all around the world so I appreciate every culture however, hearing Indian music coming from the speaker in the reception area really threw me off. We didn’t end up staying in our room and found accommodations elsewhere.

Pleasently surprised, wow

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, attend to your nees immediately and follow up. Amazing breakfast, fruits, yougert, freshly baked banana cake cinnamon buns and crossiant, boiled and scarmbled eggs amazing, different juices juices tea and coffee, cereals and more The hotel is renovating continuosly and the rooms are large, clean bright because the window is the whole width of the room. Rooms are equipped with a large fridge microwave, lamps all around, amazing air condition heat system that is new and easy to operate, nice desk and comfortable adjustable chair, very comfortable beds, wood floors and the shower is amazing. Every time i return to Montreal for business i will definitely stay at this hotel and no where else, nothing is perefect but this hotel is worth your money and more.
