Room was a good size for three people. Staff was friendly. We had to put out luggage in storage the day we checked out. Was very convenient to pick up and take a cab in garage area.

It is Conveniently located just next St Catherine Street. There is indoor shopping & food court right on the lower level of the hotel. The food at the hotel restaurant was good. Staff were very friendly & address request promptly.

A September Weekend in Montreal

We arrived a bit early for check-in; more than an hour. Through a bit of miscommunication, we thought we were okayed to check-in, only to find out there was going to be a hefty added fee for doing so. It was quickly cleared up and we waited until closer to/after 4PM. Overall, we appreciated our room accommodations. Points of concern: barn door at bathroom = prefer a standard hinged door for the bathroom; bathroom lighting = need to have a brighter light option at the sink area; fridge/microwave/coffee area = needs to be located in a more accessible area of the room, rather than along a wall by a bed, in the corner. The beds, hot/cold water, air, view, noise level, storage, were all good. Thank you.

The staff was excellent from the moment I arrived. Very charming and helpful. The room was very nice, with floor to ceiling windows. The restaurants were also great, even though the eggs in the breakfast buffet were quite watery. The indoor pool was very nice and clean too. The hotel is close to everything - it only took me a 20 minute stroll to get to Old Montreal or to Mount Royal Park, so I never even called a cab or had to use the metro.
