The hotel looks chic in the pictures but in fact is a little rundown. No coffee maker or shampoo, tiny towels, paper cups, no pictures on the wall. It turned out to be a great choice for a budget concious solo traveler staying a week, however. There was a microwave and a mini-fridge, so I bought what I needed and, although the airconditioning unit was loud, I could set it to what I wanted. I appreciated the sitting area and the location was perfect for walking or taking the metro.

Had urine stain on wall next to the toilet. Had a cockroaches and bed bugs. Was moved to another room that I was told had a long term renter that may or may not show up. Had to book another hotel was never redunded and was treated like trash from management when diacussing the issue.

Not worth it...not happy

Not happy... absolutely no internet entire stay..had to walk 6 blocks to order Uber daily and check in with family...hard to do any planning or work with no wifi in entire hotel.. restaurant closed for renovations..only had 1 towel set for 4 people booked in room.. because I extended my stay before I checked in, clerk said I would have to pay extra $20 to stay in same room..dresser in terrible shape..no microwave.. definitely not worth the almost 1k spent for 3 nights

The hotel is very dated inside. If you turn the bathroom light on, the loud exhaust fan comes on also. No safe. Hallways and walls very noisy. Needs updating and painting. Cobwebs in ceiling corner. More in a commercial area. Lobby picture are not reflective of the lobby. Lots of construction noise. No restaurant. No coffee maker in the room.

This property is the worst hotel I have ever been to. It was absolutely horrific, like something out of a horror movie. Had I paid $100 a night I would just accept it. But for over $700 dollars a night?!! Absolutely unacceptable

Property was in a good location. However, the restaurant was under renovations and was not available. You only get the small bars of soap. Shower/body gel is available for showers. No fan in the bathroom and the lighting was terrible throughout the room. Not a horrible stay, tho.

Amazing location! So easy to get around by walking or transit and a reasonable walk to the old port. Beautiful beautiful beautiful! I do wish there was a coffee machine in the room… but I’d recommend hotel chrome anyway!
