The location of the hotel was ideal for what we were looking to do while in the city. The room itself was okay, a little outdated, and nothing like the pictures shown. The restaurant was closed also with no prior notice of that. And the times to clean the room(after three days) was at 5pm. More then one set of towel would have also been ideal.

J’ai fait une réservation pour trois personnes, une chambre avec lit double et sofa lit. La chambre a été remise avec deux serviettes et le sofa n’avait de lit. Après revendication, un lit d’appoint m’a été fourni avec un vieux matelas tout amorti. Les barres transversales ont failli me briser les côtes, j’ai dû dormi sur le plancher. C’est pas normal que je paye pour un service que j’ai pas reçu. Je trouves cela malheureux et déplorable. Je comprends la vétusté de l’hôtel mais l’humain devrait être mieux traité. J’invite les gestionnaires de cet établissement à ce coucher sur le même lit d’appoint et ils comprendront qu’un humain ne peut supporter dormir déçu sauf s’il veut avoir des côtes brisées.

No microwave or coffee maker in the room. The bed was king size but had queen size bedding. The tub had mold all around the upper rim. The floor had several sticky spots on it that I had to clean. I specifically asked, both the maid and the front desk, for my room to be made up but it was not.

Good price. Fair place if you’re on a budget and want to be in downtown. Old vending machine only accepts coins. Staff service is low. There was an intoxicated person in our floor and laid in front of our room.

1/5 — Very Disappointing Stay at Hotel Chrome Our stay at Hotel Chrome was terrible. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close, which is a basic expectation in any hotel. We requested cleaning, but they never came even after reminding them. The hotel looks good in the pictures, but the real experience is completely different. Poor maintenance, poor service, and overall not worth the money. I would never recommend this place, especially for families. It was a very uncomfortable stay and definitely not what we expected.

The towels were not clean had hair in them, TV was damaged. It was mentioned self parking in the page but the hotel charged $28 per day when asked the answer was " it was mentioned self parking not free parking". So it should have been mentioned as paid parking available. Hotel was undergoing renovations so restaurants and all other amenities were closed

The hotel lacks basic room equipment and amenities. For example, there wasn't even a kettle provided in the room, which is quite inconvenient for guests who want to make tea or coffee. While the overall stay was okay, improving the in-room amenities and equipment would significantly enhance the guest experience.
