Great central location. Clean and well kept. One thing missing was a concierge to help with guests visiting the city. Asked hotel staff for help on points of interest and getting there. They did their best but not very knowledgeable.

This was our second stay during the Jazz Festival. We love this hotel. It offers tranquility and coziness after a day of bustle at the festival. We also love the pool, the cleanliness and friendly staff.

Audrey at the front desk was very pleasant! She tookna few minutes to give her recommenddation on the nearby beautiful spots for tourists like us who are first timers to Montreal! Will definitely stay here again. Great walking distance to almost all the beautiful spots in downtown Montreal like the Old Port, Notre Dame Cathedral etc.
